My First Live Performance Was In 5th Grade At Valhalla Elementary School in Pleasant Hill, California. It Was At This Performance, Scott Came Up From The Kindergarten Section And Played Three Songs, I Think They Were, Louie Louie, Wipe Out & Gloria. Next Drum Set: Pearl, At This Time, It Was Just Scott & I Playing The Drums So They Were Always Set Up For Me, Left Handed, As That’s How Scott Learned Playing The Drums, And Not Bothering To Turn Them Around. Rick Took Up, And Taught Himself The Guitar, So We Could Jam Together With Rick Having Guitars Around, Scott & I Would Mess Around With Them Since They Were Strung Right Handed, I Just Learned To Play That Way. Rick Must Have Saw Some Interest And Progress In My Playing Because He Taught Me Some Chords, Gave Me A Brown Fender Strat And Then He Gave Me A Red Gibson SG.
